HPCSA Client Satisfaction Survey 2018/19

Dear HPCSA Client, 

As a practitioner registered with HPCSA we would appreciate your input into the HPCSA Client Satisfaction Survey 2018/19

CONFIDENTIALITY

To provide the best possible service, HPCSA has asked Data Management and Statistical Analysis (DMSA), a research company based at Wits University to conduct the survey. This ensures an independent and objective approach, and maintains participants’ anonymity and confidentiality. DMSA guarantees that no harm to participants. 

Your answers are ANONYMOUS, only DMSA will be able to see your responses, not HPCSA . HPCSA will only be given summarised results so that individuals cannot be identified. So please complete all questions as honestly as possible.

The survey will run from 1 February 2019 until the 28 February 2019 and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
