The National Department of Health invites practitioners to complete their Health Worker COVID-19 Vaccine Survey as soon as possible.

With the COVID-19 vaccine programme due for rollout, the survey will contribute to understanding the issues affecting healthcare workers and provide an opportunity to address questions and concerns.

This survey will only be available for seven days. Success depends on the link being widely circulated and promoted as a matter of urgency.

Practitioners are requested to share this link with fellow health workers to provide much needed feedback from frontline workers.
