1. The Competition Commission would like to notify all stakeholders that due to budget constraints the publication of the Final Report of the Health Market Inquiry has been delayed.
2. The Commission has therefore taken a decision to suspend the work of the Panel and all external consultants until the end of the 2018/19 financial year (i.e. 31 March 2019). The Panel and external consultants will resume work in Quarter 1 of the 2019/20 financial year.
3. The seminars that have been advertised by the Panel of the Health Market Inquiry are thus cancelled until further notice.
4. The revised deadline for the publication of the Final Report will be published in the Government Gazette.
