Make your diagnosis

Submitted by Leon van Vuuren

34 Year old female came in for a routine eye examination. Spectacle wearer complaining of decreased distance vision and a problem driving at night. All preliminary tests proved normal, refraction showed low myopia and astigmatism, but comfortable 6/6 was not reached. Upon taking a photo I found the following (photo below) signs: White dots on the fundus, slight yellow deposits around fovea and thinning of the retinal arterioles.

What additional tests would you recommend and what would be your plan of action?
