Shannon’s background is well rooted in the Optical Industry within Sales and marketing positions that span from Bausch and Lomb through to a diverse portfolio of well-known Luxottica brands. Leaning on industry experience, backed sound business acumen, Shannon leads the South Africa sales team as they collective work to grow the Maui Jim brand and spread Aloha in their wake. When she is not advocating for Maui Jim, she can be found in her garden or signing-up for an outdoor challenge with family and friends.
