The HPCSA will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our online platforms over the next week, resulting in limited service for the registration portal for applications, renewals and payments.
The service will be interrupted from Wednesday 20 March 2019 at 17:00 to Sunday 24 March 2019. The system maintenance will also affect the Client Contact Centre at Registrations in the main HPCSA building, where there will be no service available on Friday 22 March 2019. Service to the affected platforms will resume from 8:00 in the morning on Monday 25 March 2019.
Although the planned downtime is more extensive than usual, the resulting efficiencies will improve practitioners’ online experience. Practitioners with urgent matters are advised to engage the HPCSA Client Care Centre before or after above-mentioned dates.
