Results – Vision Rental Survey

The question posed was; What is your rental per square meter?

There were 39 respondents.

Rural – 10,26%

Urban 89,74%

Gauteng – 35,90%

KZN – 15,38%

Western Cape – 30,77%

Others – small

Average rent = R220 p s/m

This result in itself is not that meaningful, since rentals can and will differ dramatically across different locations. The real question to be answered is; what the rental is as a percentage of turn over. Vision will address this in due course.
